follows: Commencing at the Southeast Corner of said Lot 1, thence
northeasterly along Linden Street, 19.5 feet; thence northwesterly

I hereby certify that a field survey of the above described

and was completed by February 2% 1991. I further certify that
this improvement Location Certificate (ILC) has been prepared for
SECURITY TITLE GUARANTY COMPANY. This (ILC) is based on a previous
property survey which has been monumented by others. This survey

buildings, or other improvements. I further certify that there are
