THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Stipulated Motion to Dismiss
All Claims Against Defendant City of Fort Collins With Prejudice (Doc 19 - filed January 29,
2020), and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED that the Motion is GRANTED and this matter shall be DISMISSED WITH
PREJUDICE as to City of Fort Collins, each party to pay their own fees and costs.
