THIS MATTER having come before the Court on the Unopposed Motion for
Dismissal of Defendant Stephan Sparacio (Doc 15 - filed January 16, 2020), and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED that the Unopposed Motion for Dismissal of Defendant Stephan
Sparacio (Doc 15) is GRANTED and this matter shall be DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE
as to Defendant Stephan Sparacio only, each party to pay their own fees and costs.
