THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on the Plaintiff-Appellee’s Unopposed Motion
for 30-Day Extension of Time to File Appellee’s Responsive Brief, and the Court being duly
advised in the premises,
HEREBY FINDS that good cause has been shown for the request and that no prejudice should be
incurred to any party given the agreement of the parties’ reflected in the motion.
The Court thus GRANTS the City’s motion. The City shall have up to and including May 20,
2020 to file its Responsive Brief.
