UPDATED STATUS REPORT
Pursuant to this Court’s December 19, 2019 order, Mr. Wiemold, through counsel, files the
following updated status report concerning the status of the appellate record:
1. On January 14, 2020, Mr. Wiemold received notice from the municipal court that the record
had been completed and that he had 14 days to make any objections to the appellate record.
2. Upon reviewing the transcripts that will be part of the appellate record, Mr. Wiemold noted
a few instances where an incorrect transcription had altered the meaning of what the speaker
had said. Based on this, he has filed a very brief objection to the appellate record in the
municipal court. The objection addresses only five specific words Mr. Wiemold believes
were mis-transcribed. Once the municipal court addresses Mr. Wiemold’s objections to the
appellate record, the appellate record will be ready to be certified to this Court.
