PLAINTIFF’S STATUS REPORT
Plaintiff Laura Tyler, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Dakota McGrath,
hereby submits the following status report:
1. The instant case has been settled.
2. However, Plaintiff is still in the process of negotiating a final lien figure with
Colorado Medicaid.
3. The settlement of this matter cannot be consummated until the lien figure has
been finalized.
4. Undersigned counsel believes that the lien can be finalized, the settlement
consummated, and the case dismissed, within 21 days.
5. Defendant does not object to an extension of 21 days to complete these tasks.
