NOTICE OF DEFENDANT JASON SHUTTERS’ CONFERRAL RE BILL OF COSTS

Defendant, Jason Shutters, through his Attorneys, Hall & Evans, LLC, submits the
following as his conferral with regard to the Bill of Costs being filed contemporaneously herewith:
Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 54.1, a bill of costs must be filed with the court within
fourteen days after entry of the judgment. Judgment was entered in this matter on February 25,
2020; thus, Defendant’s Bill of Costs is due March 10, 2020. Counsel for the Defendant offered
to waive any such costs, in exchange for a waiver of the appeal by Plaintiff. Counsel for Plaintiff
indicated he would speak with Mr. Anderson, however, no response has been received. It should
be noted Mr. Anderson is incarcerated.
