FURTHER ORDERED that Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. #
128) is GRANTED. It is
FURTHER ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of Defendant Jason
Shutters and against Plaintiff Chayce Aaron Anderson.
