[Doc. No. 28, filed 6/14/2019] and Motion to Dismiss [Doc. No. 39, filed 6/17/2019].
Arguments by counsel.
For the reasons set forth on the record, it is
ORDERED: Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to Amend Second Amended Complaint
[Doc. No. 73] is GRANTED. The Clerk of Court shall accept for filing
Doc. No. 73-1, as the Third Amended Complaint. Defendants shall
either file an answer or a responsive pleading to the Third Amended
Complaint on or before December 13, 2019.

Motion to Dismiss Officer Hopkins [Doc. No. 28] and Motion to
Dismiss [Doc. No. 39] are DENIED AS MOOT without prejudice.
