AMENDED ACKNOWLEGEMENT OF FULL SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENTS
COMES NOW the above-named Defendant City of Fort Collins (“Fort Collins”), by though
its attorneys, the Fort Collins City Attorney’s Office, and files this Amended Acknowledgment of
Full Satisfaction of Judgments, and states as follows:
1. On April 4, 2020, the Plaintiff and Defendants Fort Collins, Timnath Development
Authority and Compass Mortgage Corporation entered into a Settlement Agreement setting
out a framework within which they have resolved and settled all disputes between them in
these proceedings and in related Larimer County District Court Case No. 18CV30567.
2. For and in consideration of the sum of $6,000 paid by the Plaintiff and other good and
valuable consideration as set out in the Settlement Agreement, Fort Collins, by and through
its undersigned counsel of record, acknowledges full satisfaction of the two judgments
entered in the District Court in the above-entitled action in favor of Fort Collins against
Plaintiff, one judgment on April 2, 2019, for court cost and attorney fees in the amount of
$40,423.00 and the other judgment on January 14, 2020, for court costs and attorney fees
in the amount of $22,779.39 (jointly, the “Judgments”).

WHEREFORE, the Defendant Fort Collins respectively requests that the District Court Clerk
enter in the Clerk’s judgment record a full satisfaction of the two Judgments and requests that the
Clerk issue to the Defendant Fort Collins a certificate of satisfaction for each of the Judgments.
