Defendants The Timnath Development Authority (“TDA”) and Compass Mortgage
Corporation (“Compass”), by and through counsel, hereby state that pursuant to C.R.C.P. 58(b),
the judgment in this matter has been fully and finally satisfied and submits this Full Satisfaction
of Judgment as follows:

1. On April 4, 2020, the Parties in this action entered into a Settlement Agreement
that resolves and settles all disputes by and between them in the above action.
2. For and in consideration of monies paid by Plaintiff, and other good and valuable
consideration, TDA and Compass, by and through its undersigned counsel of record,
acknowledges full satisfaction of the judgment entered by this Court and recorded in the Larimer
County records at Reception Numbers 20180064216 and 20190008951.
WHEREFORE TDA and Compass respectfully request that this Court direct its Clerk to
enter a full satisfaction of the judgment entered against Eric Sutherland and on behalf of TDA
and Compass, and request that the Clerk issue a certificate of satisfaction of judgment.
