THIS MATTER is before the Court on the City of Fort Collins’ Unopposed Motion for
Extension of Time to Respond to Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for Reconsideration of Order
Granting Fort Collins’ Second Motion for Attorneys’ Fees & Costs (“the Motion”). The Court,
having reviewed the Motion and being otherwise advised in the premises, hereby ORDERS the
Motion is GRANTED and the City of Fort Collins has until March 3, 2020 to file its response to
Plaintiff’s Amended Motion for Reconsideration of Order Granting Fort Collins’ Second Motion
for Attorneys’ Fees and Costs.
