The Court has reviewed Defendants/Judgment Creditors The Timnath Development
Authority and Compass Mortgage Corporation’s Motion to Issue Writ of Execution, the
Response and Reply. The Motion is granted.
The Court directs the Clerk of the Court to issue the Writ of Execution attached to the
Motion.
