ORDER GRANTING FORT COLLINS’S MOTION FOR A CONTINUANCE
On November 21, 2019, the Defendant City of Fort Collins (the “City”) filed a
motion to continue the hearing currently scheduled for November 27, 2019. The
Plaintiff has not filed a response. Having considered the Motion and applicable law,
the Court finds and orders as follows:
As the exhibits attached to the Motion make clear, the Plaintiff insists he will be
out of town this week and unable to attend the currently scheduled hearing.
Defendant’s Ex. B at 2. Further, the Plaintiff has refused to work with the City to
reschedule the hearing. Defendant’s Ex. A.
The City’s Motion is granted. The hearing on the City’s Second Motion for
Attorneys’ Fees currently set for November 27, 2019 is continued until December 13,
2019 at 1:30 p.m.
