Plaintiffs Fort Collins Mennonite Fellowship and Steve Ramer, and Defendants the City of
Fort Collins and the City of Fort Collins City Council, each by and through their undersigned
counsel, stipulate and jointly move the Court, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), for an
Order dismissing this action, and all of Plaintiffs’ claims asserted herein, with prejudice, with each

party to pay its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except as may be otherwise set forth in any
settlement agreement between one or more of the parties.
