NOTICE OF SETTLEMENT
Plaintiff and the City of Fort Collins advise the Court as follows:
1. A settlement has been reached that resolves all of the claims in this lawsuit. The
parties are working to finalize all necessary documentation and anticipate that all necessary
documentation to conclude this matter and dismiss all claims with prejudice will be completed
no later than March 30, 2020.
