This matter is before the Court regarding discovery disputes outlined in a Joint Discovery Statement that was directly emailed to Chambers and attached to these minutes. Arguments by counsel. For the reasons set forth on the record, it is ORDERED: With respect to the designation of any documents used at the deposition are ruled confidential. Case 1:18-cv-03204-RBJ-NRN Document 54 Filed 11/04/19 USDC Colorado Page 1 of 2 2 ORDERED: Parties shall submit a short memo relating to attorney-client/work product privilege regarding the executive summary of the investigation that rises out of a race discrimination claim, no longer than 4 pages in length, on or before November 8, 2019. The executive summary shall be filed as a restricted court only document for an in-camera review. ORDERED: The use of documents currently designated as “attorney eyes only” during upcoming depositions are ordered to be deemed confidential under the protective order. Plaintiff shall be advised that if the client shares the information with anyone, she may be subject to contempt of court. The Plaintiff is entitled to see the documents and may be present during use of the documents during a deposition. Going forward, any documents previously produced as “attorneys-eyes only” shall be deemed “confidential” under the protective order. ORDERED: Defendant shall submit the unredacted version of documents FC-SEP16 ORDER 00413-00536 as restricted court only document after the Court’s September 16 Order, on or before November 8, 2019. ORDERED: The Court will not order additional production related to various investigations. ORDERED: The request for production of documents in Defendant’s privilege log containing documents related to investigations is DENIED.
