that a telephonic discovery hearing is set on November 4, 2019 at 2:00 p.m.
The parties are each directed to prepare and email to each other and Chambers,
Neureiter_Chambers@cod.uscourts.gov, by the close of business on November 1, 2019
a statement of no longer than seven pages setting forth their position concerning the
dispute.
Counsel for the parties are also directed to jointly call Court Chambers, 303-335-
2403, at the designated time.
