It is hereby ORDERED that Defendant Randall Klamser’s Unopposed Motion to
Amend Scheduling Order (Dkt. #98) is GRANTED finding good cause shown. The
Scheduling Order (Dkt. #41) is further MODIFIED to extend the Discovery Cut-Off up to
and including August 3, 2020, and the Dispositive Motion Deadline up to and including
August 29, 2020.
It is further ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference set for July 7, 2020 at
9:30 a.m. is VACATED and RESET to September 29, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The proposed
Final Pretrial Order shall be filed on or before September 22, 2020.
