City Attorney’s Office, hereby submits the following, as their Notice of No Objection to Plaintiff’s
Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint (ECF No. 96):
Upon further consideration of Plaintiff’s Motion for Leave to File Amended Complaint
(ECF No. 96), the Defendants do not have an objection to said Motion. The Defendants, however,
reserve their right to file a response to said amended complaint, should Plaintiff’s Motion be
granted, including but not necessarily limited to the filing of a Motion to Dismiss.
