For the reasons set forth on the record, it is ORDERED: Defendants’ Opposed Motion for Protective Order Regarding Deposition of Plaintiff and Request for Expedited Determination [Docket No. 87] is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. If Officer Klamser is present during Plaintiff’s deposition, then the Plaintiff is entitled to have one of her Case 1:19-cv-00901-WJM-NRN Document 95 Filed 03/10/20 USDC Colorado Page 1 of 2 2 parents present for emotional support. If Officer Klamser is not present, then Plaintiff’s parents should not be present.
