This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Opposed Motion for Protective
Order Regarding Deposition of Officer Randall Klamser and Request for Expedited
Determination (Dkt. #77). It is hereby ORDERED a Telephonic Motion Hearing is set for
February 20, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. The parties shall participate by jointly contacting
Chambers (303-335-2403) at the scheduled time. If Plaintiff wishes to file a response,
she shall do so by the end of the day today.
