Pursuant to the Defendants’ Oppose Motion for Protective Order Regarding the
Deposition of Officer Randall Klamser, the Court hereby Orders as follows:
1. Attendance by non-parties in this matter is prohibited at the deposition of
Officer Randall Klamser beginning on February 24, 2020 and going until completed.
2. This Protective Order may be modified by the Court at any time for good
cause shown following notice to all parties and an opportunity for them to be heard.
3. Nothing in this Protective Order shall prevent any party or other person from
seeking modification of this order.
