NOTICE OF DEPOSITION
TO: ALL PARTIES AND THEIR COUNSEL
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned counsel of record for the Plaintiffs in this
case will take the deposition upon oral examination of DEFENDANT RANDAL KLAMSER.
This deposition will be held before a certified shorthand reporter Federal Rules of Civil
Procedure. The deposition will be held at KILLMER, LANE & NEWMAN, LLP 1543 Champa Street,
Ste 400, Denver, CO 80202 on February 24, 2020 beginning at 9:00 a.m., and shall continue
throughout the day as necessary until completed.
It is the policy of Killmer, Lane & Newman, LLP that no weapons are allowed on the
premises during the taking of a deposition. In the event that a deponent, or any other person,
brings a weapon to a deposition, that weapon will be placed in a locked box or other secure
location until the conclusion of the deposition.
