NOTICE PURSUANT TO THIS COURT’S MOTION TO STAY HEARING ORDER

Plaintiff, by and through undersigned counsel, hereby submits this Notice and states as
follows:
1. On September 3, 2019, this Court held a hearing on Defendants’ Motion To Stay
Discovery. [Doc. #48].
2. At the hearing, Magistrate Judge Reid N. Neureiter ordered this Court to file a
Notice stating whether Ms. Surat would assert her Fifth Amendment rights in her deposition in
this matter.
3. In accordance with this Court’s order, Plaintiff Michaella Surat states that she will
not assert her Fifth Amendment rights in her deposition in this matter.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests that this Court take under
advisement Defendants’ Motion To Stay Discovery in accordance with this Notice and for any
other relief that is just and proper.
