Request for Extra Time to Respond to Motion for Dismissal
(the "Motion"), which was referred to this Court [#48].
Although the title of the document appears to request an
extension of time for Plaintiff to respond to 39 Defendants
Brandon Barnes, John Hutto, and the City of Fort Collins'
Motion to Dismiss, the text of the Motion fails to request any
specific relief and does not provide an explanation for the need
for additional time or specify the amount of additional time
requested. Accordingly, the Motion is DENIED WITHOUT
PREJUDICE to Plaintiff re-filing a motion for an extension of
time that specifies the good cause justifying an extension and
the amount of additional time sought. The Clerk of Court is
directed to mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff. SO
