The Court notes that the Defendants in this case have not been served. Plaintiff states
that he was under the impression that the Clerk’s Office effects service on the
Defendants. The Court advises the Plaintiff that because he is not proceeding In Forma
Pauperis, he is responsible for having the Defendants served.
Due to mail returned as “undeliverable,” the court verifies with the Plaintiff that the
address the court has for him is accurate. Plaintiff states that he has had issues with
receiving his mail but verifies that is the correct address. For the reasons stated on the
record, it is
ORDERED: A Status Conference is set for May 3, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. before
Magistrate Judge Varholak in courtroom. A402. Plaintiff is warned

that if he does not effectuate service on the Defendants pursuant to
the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, his case could be dismissed.
