Defendant, Jason Shutters, through his Attorneys, Hall & Evans, LLC, submits the
following as a Notice of Errata for the Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 128), as follows:
1. On July 5, 2019 the Defendant, Fort Collins Police Detective Jason Shutters, filed
his Motion for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 128) (“Motion”).
2. On page 5 of the Motion, reference is made to Plaintiff being transported to the Fort
Collins Police Station for processing, by “Officer Brandon Barnes” (ECF No. 128 at 5, referring
to Movant’s Appx. p. 8-Fort Collins Police Report at SHUTTERS 024).
3. The reference was in error, and instead should have stated Plaintiff was transported
to the Fort Collins Police Station by Fort Collins Police Officer Andrew Edmonds.
4. The citation to Movant’s Appx. p. 8-Fort Collins Police Report at SHUTTERS 024,
is still correct.
