ORDER
This matter is before the Court on the Joint Motion for Leave to Amend Deadlines in the
Scheduling Order (the "Motion"). The parties having jointly moved to amend the Court’s previous
Scheduling Order (ECF No. 103), and the Court finding good cause, IT IS ORDERED that the
iMotion [#109] is GRANTED and the remaining deadlines in this case are modified as follows:
1. The Discovery Cut-off shall be April 4, 2019;
2. The Dispositive Motion Deadline shall be May 2, 2019;
3. Plaintiff shall designate all experts on or before February 1, 2019;
4. Defendant shall designate all experts on or before March 4, 2019;
5. The Parties shall designate rebuttal experts on or before March 18, 2019;
6. The Deadline for Interrogatories shall be March 4, 2019;
7. The Deadline for Requests for Production of Documents and/or Admissions shall be
March 4, 2019;

8. Defendant shall respond to Plaintiff’s First Set of Requests for Production no later
than January 27, 2019;
9. Plaintiff shall respond to Defendant’s First Set of Written Discovery no later than
January 28, 2019; and
10. The Final Pretrial Conference set for May 13, 2019 at 10:30 AM is VACATED and
RESET for July 8, 2019 at 11:00 AM before Magistrate Judge Scott T. Varholak.
