1. My name is Eric R. Burris. I am a shareholder in the law firm of Brownstein
Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP, and practice in the firm's Albuquerque, New Mexico office. I am

above-referenced action.
2. I received a J.D. from Southern Methodist University. I was admitted to the
State Bar of New Mexico on October 5, 1988, as well as to the following:
• U.S. District Court for District of New Mexico on December 30, 1988;
• U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit on January 12, 1989, and,
• U.S. District Court for District of Colorado on March 12, 2009.
3. I am in good standing in all Bars wherever admitted and no disciplinary or
grievance proceedings have been filed or are pending against me.
4. I have not established domicile in the State of Colorado and I have not
established a place in Colorado from which I hold myself out to the public as practicing
Colorado law or soliciting or accepting Colorado clients.
5. I have previously sought and was granted pro hac vice admission in this action
on June 27, 2018 under the sponsorship of Cole J. Woodward, who has now left the law firm of
Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP. Out of an abundance of caution, I now seek admission
under the sponsorship of Jesse D. Sutz
6. I have also sought and been granted pro hac vice admission in the State of
Colorado in the following Larimer County District Court cases within the last five years:

have been read and will be following throughout this pro hac vice admission.
8. I am associated with Jesse D. Sutz of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP for
purposes of this representation. Jesse D. Sutz is a member in good standing of the Colorado
Bar.
9. A copy of the Motion has been filed concurrently with the Clerk of the Supreme
Court. I have been advised that an additional fee is not required to be paid as I was previously
admitted pro hac vice admission in this action.
