NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTION OF COUNSEL AND ENTRY OF APPEARANCE
Defendants The Timnath Development Authority (“TDA”) and Compass Mortgage
Corporation (“Compass”), by and through their counsel of record, hereby submits this Notice of
Substitution of Counsel and Entry of Appearance pursuant to C.R.C.P. 121 §§ 1-1(1) and 1-
1(2)(a) and states as follows:
1. Cole J. Woodward is leaving the firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP
and is withdrawing as counsel for TDA and Compass.

2. Chloe Mickel of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP hereby enters her
appearance as co-counsel for TDA and Compass.
3. Service of all documents in this matter should be directed to Eric R. Burris and
Chloe Mickel of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP. Mr. Woodward should be removed
from Colorado Courts E-Filing System and all future service lists.
