ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO ISSUE WRIT OF EXECUTION
The Court has reviewed the Motion.
“Once a judgment has been entered, a judgment creditor is entitled to have a writ of
execution issued, subject to: the statutory provisions creating an automatic stay….” First Nat.
Bank of Denver v. Dist. Court In & For City & Cty. of Denver, 652 P.2d 613, 616 (Colo. 1982).
The statutory stay period has passed.
The Court grants the Motion and directs the Clerk of the Court to issue the Writ of
Execution attached to the Motion.
