ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO ISSUE WRIT OF EXECUTION
THIS MATTER comes before the Court on Defendants The Timnath Development
Authority (“TDA”) and Compass Mortgage Corporation’s (“Compass”) Motion to Issue Writ of
Execution (the “Motion”).
The Court having reviewed the Motion and being fully advised therein, hereby GRANTS
the Motion and DIRECTS the Clerk of the Court to issue the Writ of Execution attached to the
Motion.
