Pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR. 15.1(a), Plaintiffs Fort Collins Mennonite Fellowship, a
Colorado nonprofit corporation, and Steve Ramer (collectively “Plaintiffs”), by and through their

undersigned counsel, respectfully submit this Notice of Filing First Amended Complaint and
Request for Declaratory Judgment and Injunctive Relief (the “First Amended Complaint”).
Plaintiffs are concurrently filing the First Amended Complaint, and have attached hereto
as Exhibit A, a copy of the First Amended Complaint which strikes through the text to be deleted,
and underlines the text to be added. See D.C.COLO.LCivR. 15.1(a).
