The motion/proposed order attached hereto: ACTION TAKEN.
This matter is before the Court on Plaintiff's response to the Court's case status order dated January 14, 2019 regarding
service of process with regard to Logan Simpson Design. In response to the Court's order Plaintiff has clarified that she has
not identified Logan Simpson Design as a separate Defendant in this matter. A review of Plaintiff's Complaint indicates that
Plaintiff has asserted claims against Mr. Call as an individual and as a "hired public employee of he City of Fort Collins."
Accordingly, Logan Simpson Design is not a named party to this action even though the entity appears in the caption of the
Complaint. The court vacates its previous order directing service of process be completed with regard to Logan Simpson
Design.
