AMENDMENT TO ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
The Court’s Order is amended to reflect the fact that Plaintiff timely filed a
response to the City of Fort Collins’s motion.1
The Court has reviewed Plaintiff’s
response and does not change its analysis or ruling.
As the Court has granted the relief requested in the motion, the City of Fort
Collins need not file a reply. Such a reply would be moot.
