ORDER RE: BRIEFING SCHEDULE
This matter comes before the Court on the Defendant’s Submittal of Certified Record filed
on January 15, 2019. The Plaintiff shall file, and serve on all parties, their opening brief within 42
days after the date on which the record was filed. The Defendants shall file and serve their answer
briefs within 35 days after service of the Plaintiff’s opening brief. The Plaintiff may file and serve a
reply brief to the Defendants’ answer brief within 14 days after service of the answer briefs.
