This matter comes before the Court on Defendant City of Fort Collins’ Verified Notice of
Costs for Certification of the Record. Plaintiff is ordered to pay the cost for certification of the
record to the City Clerk’s Office, 300 LaPorte Avenue, P.O. Box 580, Fort Collins, Colorado
80522, in the amount of $255.00. If Plaintiff cannot pay for the cost for certification of the
record, he shall file a motion to that effect.
