Order Vacating At-Issue Order
The Court issued an at-issue Order on the mistaken belief that Colo. R. Civ. P. 16 applied to this action. As counsel for one
defendant pointed out, this action is governed by Colo. R. Civ. P. 106. Accordingly, the at-issue Order is VACATED.
In Plaintiff's amended complaint, he's requested that certain portions of the record be designated on appeal. The Court
construes that request as a motion, which it grants. The Court will enter a separate order requiring the City of Fort Collins to
certify the record.
