ANSWER OR OTHERWISE RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF’S COMPLAINT AND JURY
DEMAND
This matter comes before the Court upon Defendants, The City of Fort Collins and
Terence F. Jones’s Unopposed Motion For Extension of Time to Answer or Otherwise Respond
to Plaintiff’s Complaint and Jury Demand.
The Court, having reviewed the Unopposed Motion and being fully advised of the
matters contained therein, hereby ORDERS:
1. The Unopposed Motion is granted, and the Defendants, The City of Fort Collins
and Terence F. Jones shall have up to and including January 31, 2019 in which to respond to
Plaintiff’s Complaint and Jury Demand.
