TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING
THIS MATTER, having come before the Court on Defendant Beals’ motion for
enlargement of time for the defendants to file their responsive pleadings to the Complaint, and
the Court being duly advised in the premises,
HEREBY FINDS that good cause has been shown for the request and that no prejudice
should be incurred to any party given the agreement of the parties’ reflected in the motion.
The Court thus GRANTS Defendant Beals’ motion. Both defendants shall have up to
and including Friday, January 11, 2019 to file a responsive pleading.
