RECONSIDERATION OF THE COURT’S STATUS ORDER
THIS MATTER is before the Court on The City of Fort Collins’ Motion for
Reconsideration of the Court’s Status Order (“the Motion”). The Court, having reviewed the
Motion and being otherwise advised in the premises, hereby makes the following orders:
1. The Motion is GRANTED; and
2. The Court will hold a hearing on the City of Fort Collins’ Combined Motion for
Attorneys’ Fees and Bill of Costs and then decide the issue.
