ORDER DENYING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR RECONSIDERATION
The Court has reviewed Plaintiff’s Motion for Reconsideration, dated September
24, 2018. Having reviewed the motion, response, reply, exhibits, and applicable law, the
court finds and orders as follows.
Plaintiff requests that the Court vacate its Order Granting Fees dated September
10, 2018.
A motion to reconsider is disfavored. C.R.C.P. 121 § 1-15(11). Such a motion will
only be granted if “a manifest error of fact or law [] clearly mandates a different result
or other circumstances result[] in manifest injustice.” Id. The Court finds that there was
no manifest error of fact or law in its Order Granting Fees. The Court further finds that
manifest injustice will not result from the Order.
Plaintiff’s Motion is denied.
