VERIFIED MOTION FOR AWARD OF ATTORNEY FEES
This matter having come before the Court on Defendants Miller and Josey’s Verified
Motion for Award of Attorney Fees, and the Court having considered the Motion, reviewed the
file and finding good cause to be shown, ORDERS:
That Defendants Miller and Josey’s Motion is granted and they are awarded their
attorney fees in the amount of $2,860.00. Judgment is entered in favor of Defendants Miller and
Josey and against Eric Sutherland in the amount of $2,860.00.
