ORDER GRANTING THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS’ COMBINED MOTION FOR
ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND BILL OF COSTS
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the City of Fort Collins’s (the “City”) Combined
Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and Bill of Costs (the “Motion”).
The Court, having reviewed the pleadings, and being fully advised therein, hereby
GRANTS the Motion. The Court finds that the Motion is supported as required by C.R.C.P. 121,
§ 1-22 and that the claimed costs and fees were both necessary and reasonable given the nature
and complexity of the work performed and the result obtained. The Court therefore awards the
City attorneys’ fees in the amount of $33,284.23 and costs in the amount of $1,470.42.
Judgment is entered in favor of the City of Fort Collins and against Eric Sutherland in the total
amount of $34,754.65.
