MOTION TO CONTINUE STATUS CONFERENCE
Plaintiff, Dakota McGrath, by and through counsel, Anthony Viorst of the Viorst Law
Offices, P.C., hereby moves this Honorable Court to continue the status conference currently
scheduled to take place June 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. As grounds for this Motion, the Defendant
states as follows:
Certification
Undersigned counsel certifies that his office has conferred with opposing counsel,
Matthew Hegarty, Esq., and that he does not oppose the instant motion (see attached email).
1. Counsel for Plaintiff is currently out of the country with limited telephone service
and as such, is unable to attend the currently scheduled status conference. Counsel for the
parties are available July 9, 2018.
2. A continuance of the hearing of this matter would not harm any party.
WHEREFORE the Plaintiff and his undersigned counsel respectfully request that this
Honorable Court continue the hearing of this matter, currently scheduled to take place June 29,
2018.
