This matter having come before the Court on Defendants Miller and Josey’s Motion to
Dismiss Complaint, and the Court having considered the Motion, reviewed the file and finding
good cause to be shown, ORDERS:
That Defendants Miller and Josey’s Motion to Dismiss Complaint is hereby granted.
Plaintiff may not further amend his Complaint as to Defendants Miller and Josey.
