ORDER GRANTING THE TIMNATH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND
COMPASS MORTGAGE CORPORATION’S COMBINED MOTION FOR
ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND BILL OF COSTS
THIS MATTER is before the Court on The Timnath Development Authority (“TDA”)
and Compass Mortgage Corporation’s (“Compass”) Combined Motion for Attorneys’ Fees and
Bill of Costs (the “Motion”).
The Court, having reviewed the pleadings, and being fully advised therein, hereby
GRANTS the Motion. The Court finds that the Motion is supported as required by C.R.C.P. 121,
§ 1-22 and that the claimed costs and fees were both necessary and reasonable given the nature
and complexity of the work performed and the result obtained. The Court therefore awards TDA
and Compass the following:
Attorneys’ Fees $ 75,532.00
Costs & Expenses $ 2,155.00
TOTAL AMOUNT AWARDED $ 77,687.00
Judgment shall enter in favor of TDA and Compass and against Plaintiff Eric Sutherland
in the total amount shown above.
