ORDER GRANTING THE TIMNATH DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY AND COMPASS MORTGAGE CORPORATION’S MOTION FOR INJUNCTIVE RELIEF PURSUANT TO C.R.C.P. 65(g) THIS MATTER comes before the Court on The Timnath Development Authority and Compass Mortgage Corporation’s Motion for Injunctive Relief Pursuant to C.R.C.P. 65 (g) (the “Motion”). The Court, having reviewed the Motion and being fully apprised of its premises, hereby GRANTS the Motion and ORDERS:  Plaintiff Sutherland is hereby enjoined from filing or appearing pro se in any civil matter before any Larimer County court.  This action shall be held in abeyance for fourteen days to enable Sutherland to obtain the services of an attorney licensed by the State of Colorado.  If Sutherland should fail to obtain the services of a licensed attorney within fourteen days, Sutherland’s claims in this action shall be dismissed by the Court with prejudice.
