WAIVER OF SERVICE

1. I am an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado and currently
represent The Timnath Development Authority (“TDA”) and Compass Mortgage Corporation
(“Compass”) in the above-referenced matter.
2. Plaintiff filed this action on April 26, 2018. I have received a copy of Plaintiff’s
Unamended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment and Equitable Relief.
3. I accept service of the foregoing on behalf of TDA and Compass as if the
documents had been formally served TDA and Compass in accordance with the Colorado Rules
of Civil Procedure.
